You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where applicable.

3. Products, Descriptions & Availability

We aim to present products clearly and accurately.

Minor differences may occur in color, dimensions, materials, finish, or appearance because of photography, lighting, display settings, normal production variation, or manual measurement.

Product availability, pricing, specifications, and other information may be updated from time to time.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct information where permitted by applicable law.

4. Product Use & Surface Compatibility

Cleaning products and tools should be used according to their intended purpose and applicable instructions.

Because furniture materials and surface finishes vary, review compatibility information before use.

Where appropriate, test the product on a small, less-visible area before broader use.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase products from Nestlyras.

An order is generally considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed or entered into fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of:

Product unavailability
Material pricing or product-information errors
Payment verification problems
Suspected fraud or misuse
Unavailable shipping to the supplied destination

Where payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, an applicable refund will be issued.

6. Prices, Currency & Payment

Unless another currency is clearly displayed and confirmed during checkout, purchases are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

The amount charged is the amount confirmed during checkout, together with any applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other disclosed charges.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Carrier disruptions, customs delays, weather, transportation problems, seasonal demand, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

8. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy available on the Site.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds generally require approximately 5–10 business days after processing to appear.

Order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has started.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

15. Shopify Platform Notice

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the Nestlyras online store.

Your purchase is from Nestlyras, not from Shopify.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
