These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nestlyras website, online store, products, content, and related services. Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

The Nestlyras website and online store are operated by TAI SANG EMPORIUM WHOLESALES LIMITED.

In these Terms, “Nestlyras,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Site and Services.

By accessing the Site, using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Nestlyras offers furniture-cleaning products, household-cleaning tools, surface-care products, and related accessories.

We aim to present product information clearly and accurately. However, minor differences may occur in color, dimensions, materials, finish, or appearance due to photography, lighting, display settings, production variation, or manual measurement.

Product information, pricing, specifications, availability, and product ranges may be updated from time to time.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct product information where permitted by law.

4. Product Use & Surface Compatibility

Furniture materials and surface finishes can vary significantly.

Customers should review the product description, intended use, compatible surfaces, warnings, and included instructions before using a product.

Where appropriate, we recommend testing a product on a small, less-visible area before broader use.

Products should not be combined with other cleaning products unless the relevant instructions expressly permit it.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase products from Nestlyras.

An order is generally considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed or entered into fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• A material pricing or product-description error has occurred
• Payment cannot be verified or completed
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive
• Shipping to the supplied address is unavailable

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an applicable refund will be issued.

6. Prices, Currency & Payment

Unless another currency is clearly displayed and confirmed during checkout, purchases are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

The price charged is the price displayed and confirmed during checkout at the time the order is submitted.

Additional charges may include shipping, applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges where applicable.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your order.

Payment transactions are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products that have been used, installed, damaged, altered, stained, or returned without required packaging or components may not qualify for return.

Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services.

Prohibited activities include:

Unless otherwise stated, Site content including the Nestlyras name, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, icons, product presentation, and other creative materials belongs to TAI SANG EMPORIUM WHOLESALES LIMITED, Nestlyras, or applicable licensors.

15. Shopify Platform Notice

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the Nestlyras online store.

Your purchase is from Nestlyras, not from Shopify.

To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for our products, fulfillment, customer service, returns, or disputes between customers and Nestlyras.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Shopify and other service providers may also process information as necessary to provide their services.

17. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nestlyras and TAI SANG EMPORIUM WHOLESALES LIMITED from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
