Where to find your tracking number

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing

Check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel room, household members, neighbors, and building reception. If the parcel still cannot be found, contact the carrier and email us with your order and tracking numbers.
